  It is 5 minutes from my home. Booked an appointment online and was seen at that time. Automated check-in was new to me. It was easily done on the standing monitor. Blood draw was efficient and professional, and courteous.

  My experience at this quest was awesome! All the ladies are very professional the one that drew my blood was very polite and sweet. Wait time was not long.

  The phlebotomist Deja showed excellent technical skills while finding a good vein. She was fast, professional and caring, where she took her time and made the whole experience a pleasure.

  I had an excellent experience this morning with Quest Diagnostics on Lake Worth Rd, Lake Worth, FL. I was greeted warmly and the facility was very clean. Eisa, the phlebotomist, was excellent- clean, professional and thorough. She put her gloves on after using the computer and just before inserting needle. Using the check-in system via phone was great. My appointment was 7:50; was taken back at 7:55; out by 8:05 and 3 vials of blood was taken. Will definitely go back again if needed.
