I’ve never had glasses before and didn’t have vision coverage on my insurance since I didn’t even know my vision was bad until my friend would be able to read things that I couldn’t see. I got curious about my vision and decided to get it tested. I originally went to Stanton and their 2 for 79 deal was extremely misleading. I sat down to pay and was asked what features I wanted my lenses to have. Everything that I wanted came to over 500 dollars! I mentioned this to a family member and they told me that’s not normal. I took my prescription from Stanton and did not keep the glasses. I went to Target and Jonnae said that even though I didn’t have vision coverage, I could get 25% off for having United Healthcare. That was so nice of her to tell us that! Stanton has an overwhelming amount of glasses in there and it took me at least an hour of putting glasses on and off. It was not a fun process. It was actually very stressful to have that many choices. Target has a good selection, but not to the point where you’re overwhelmed. Jonnae asked me what I was looking for and she pointed a pair out and that’s what I ended up getting, and I promise I’m very picky, so I’m glad she found that pair for me. Not even 10 minutes into trying on glasses and I had a pair that I loved! She fitted me before sending them off to get the lenses made to my prescription. They did not fit me at Stanton. The process at Target optical exceeded my expectations, Jonnae was knowledgeable, personable, and very caring. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this process a very easy one. Please give Jonnae and award, a raise, anything to let her know how much of an asset to your company she is. You now have a customer for life! -Lisa
