I notified Club Pilates Lake Worth ASAP and was told in no uncertain terms that my membership COULD NOT be put on hold UNLESS I PHYSICALLY CAME INTO THE LAKE WORTH CLUB PILATES to scan a QR Code with my phone. This is absolutely ridiculous & insensitive. I asked for a call back by a manager. No manager called me back. A front desk person called me back to parrot the same requirement that I come in to take a picture of the QR code. This is so unbelievably insensitive, especially when someone is injured. Response: I clearly explained that it was absolutely impossible to get a doctor's appointment much less a doctor's note in one day after an injury. YOU AND YOUR STAFF SURELY UNDERSTAND THAT! A doctor's note is forthcoming without a doubt!!!! That still does not excuse your reception to my TIMELY REQUEST TO PUT MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD!!! Also - After 5+ years, I know who the manager is. Nevia is not a manager. Sabrina is the manager. I contacted you guys at 6 AM this morning & was assured a manager would contact me. Shame on you for misrepresenting the facts. Additionally, Nevia told me that Club Pilates would put me in COLLECTIONS despite me having had an impeccable record of timely payment. DOUBLE SHAME ON YOU!!!
