Despite recent reviews I’ve had a good experience with this practice. Staff and providers have been helpful and friendly. Even though the MD I originally had left the practice, my care has been consistent and without delay- Their NP Amanda is really great and the nurses always return my calls when I have questions or concerns.
I appreciate their evidence based approach to fertility treatment. Things are currently going well after my first transfer.

My GC and I have been using this location for monitoring. We checked the posted holiday hours online and scheduled her visit on 12/26 first thing in the morning to have her labs done. We have been calling since 2:30PM to have the results sent to our Fertility Center, and RMA Florida has turned off their phones. We have been unable to reach someone, even though the office is supposed to be open until 4:30PM. Unacceptable given the time sensitivity nature of the lab results we were expecting.

I seen this provider for my first high risk visit. This is my second high risk pregnancy due to me having a brain aneurysm. I had my care completed with Orlando Healthcare the last pregnancy which was just over a year ago. I transferred my care to AdventHealth thinking they would offer superior care with thier given background and my own personal experience delivering my daughter at AdventHealth Orlando in August of 2024. I unfortunately have not had the best experience. From scheduling to my care. More specifically with this provider Ahmed M Al-Malt, MD, FACOG. He came into my vist rude and condescending. Starting with my age and questioning why I'm still having babies. He also questioned why I chose to make certain medical decisions about how to treat my aneurysm. Even telling me in front of my 12 year old daughter that I could die if left untreated (as if I dont already know this). This provider was completely unprepared for my visit. It was clear that he didn't even read my chart past the aneurysm. He didn't know any of the results from my genetic testing or blood work results * asking me for the results instead. He was in the room with me for a total of 10 minutes and showed no concern when I told him I'd been having horrible pain on my left side. My concern that I may have a UTI. He said it may be a pinched nerve or a UTI and offered no help. Not even to have me tested at the regular OB provider that is in the same office!. He left me and my family in complete disgust with his attitude and his complete disregard for mine and my unborn babies care. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. Please do your research yours and your unborn baby's life depends on it. Im transferring my care back to Christopher Dixon with Orlando Healthcare who is literally across the street.

The nurses here are incredible, but aside from that our experience has been awful. Our retrieval was cancelled two months in a row due to things the doctor overlooked in our record, and now after deciding to go to another clinic we have been unable to get our money back from the cancelled cycles for over two months (they owe us over $15K). Our financial coordinator is not responsive and no one can give us a firm answer on when we’ll get our money back.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
