- JCJohn CatillerOct 1, 20252.0The doctors and staff were fine. But their billing policies are deceptive. According to my insurance carrier they are contracted to provide the services for the deductible. However they are billing beyond the deductible every time.

Making sure i was comfortable and explained everything that was happening both pre and post Op. Dr Ryan Scruggs is the best opthomologist and surgeon i have met. Highly recommended! 😊
