From the moment we walked in the door, Brian White was awesome; very knowledgeable, upbeat, and considerate of hubby's limitations. Admittedly, the cost was a little more than we expected, but included life-time coverages, and the easy secondary finance option helped us. We walked out happy, and hubby with beneficial help for a problem that's plagued him for almost 10 years that we couldn't get through the regular medical routes. I thought I was gonna get just some simple insert to put in my shoes and hope it would help with the planner’s fasciitis. Instead, he explained the three step process the inserts that do go into the shoes and everything else relevant. I had no idea that my hip pain from arthritis was gonna go away simply by putting inserts into my shoes being pain-free is priceless and this store and the people that work there are the top grade. They’re excellent thank you for taking away my pain.
