I even explained that I did not want to be added to their system because I previously had a terrible experience at another MediWeightLoss location. The front desk associate instantly gave me attitude the moment I said I preferred not to be added to their database. Her entire demeanor changed on the spot. She became irritated, dismissive, and visibly bothered, even though I was still spending my money and supporting their business. No customer should be treated differently simply because they decline to be tracked or pressured into a program. The behavior I experienced was unprofessional, unnecessary, and honestly embarrassing for a business that claims to care about people’s health. If your customer service collapses the second someone chooses not to sign up for a high-ticket service, that tells me everything about where your priorities really are. It is about money, not people. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, and this visit confirmed that MediWeightLoss has a serious issue with how they treat anyone who does not fit their ideal profit model. I am glad I trusted my instincts. This location made the decision easy. I will not be returning, and I want future customers to see a real review rather than the polished or paid-for reviews that do not reflect the actual experience.
