  Quest is incompetent. Do not trust their results—you will waste your time and money, and if you don't get accurate results, it could cost you your life. I have received incorrect results from them multiple times.

  I would have loved an option to have a preferred name listed on my account. I am a trans man and do not use my legal name in common interactions. Having a female name called in a waiting room and a man stand up is just awkward and unnecessary. Please implement preferred names. The staff was amazing and respectful.
