  Website description is totally wrong. They said they’re open till 3 P.m. only one day of the week they open till 3 PM today. I went to the place but they are already closed at 2:30 PM their operation hours Yes, till 2:30 PM. Please fix your website and give people good information. I supposed to go to different places, but this is nearby me that’s why I went there. The information is incorrect.

  I went to Quest after Labcorp denied a service to me, I didn't have credit card to leave it on file. Even that I explained to the supervisor that my Health Insurance cover labs 100% She didn't let me have my labs. Went I arrived to quest I was crying and the phlebotomy Evelyn and Yolanda in Osceola Kissimmee location treatment like a queen despite I didn't have an appointment, I was able to check in as a walk-in, and because was not busy in less than a minute Evelyn call my name, she also found my order in the computer ( my pcp send it to quest I didn't know) and in one little moment Yolanda took my blood sample. Medical field need more people like then, with empathy and professionalism. From now Quest is my lab to go, no question. Thank you for such of amazing experience Evelyn and Yolanda. I will definitely recommend this Quest. And I know sometimes places are busy or have patients hard stick or vaine issues, but I will wait whatever is necessary, because of the amazing staff. God bless you all 🙌

  I have been going to Quest for blood work for years and so far I pleased with the help I get and everyone polite and treat me with respect.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. They took my blood sample and later informed me that it was lost. This is extremely unprofessional and concerning, especially when patients trust them with important medical testing. Because of their mistake, I now have to repeat the lab work, waste more time, and deal with unnecessary stress. No one provided a clear explanation or a proper apology for what happened. I expect a healthcare facility to handle specimens with care and accuracy, and this experience showed a serious lack of organization and accountability. I would not recommend this location.
