- SEScott Emerson3 days ago1.0Terrible service sold me glasses that were not properly fitted. They are supposed to be the experts on this not me. Several times the glasses broke because they didn't know how to properly size them and I had to replace them. There attitude is its your fault always the customer. I am now leaving lens crafters all together for a new company....Stay away from this store and there service is really non professional. I am now stuck with over 600$ glasses that dont fit. But i get it all my fault always the customer is wrong with lens crafters.

But I broke my prescription sunglasses (my bad for not having a backup) and have a question for the retail side at this location. They don’t answer the phone. I have tried multiple times over three days. The voicemail says they’ll call you back within 48 hours. Which seems like a lot but also they didn’t call back within any time frame. So there you have it! I really just wanted to buy glasses there but the lack of responsiveness has me shopping elsewhere. SEE ya another time. When I get new glasses anyways.
