Upon eye testing and picking out my glasses I was told that it will be maximum of 2 weeks to receive my glasses. Upon calling to check up I keep get the running around that it's out for shipping and should arrive in 3 days. This was on Friday Feb 18th.On the 3rd day I realized I didn't get a text or phone call so I left it. Lady on the phone told me it's scheduled to arrive on Monday Feb 23rd."TODAY" I called to see if it came in giving the benefit of the doubt that they forgot to call me. Monday Feb 23rd and was told that it is scheduled to arrive on Monday Feb 28th "estimated date". Out of my 18 years of wearing glasses, never had any of my glasses took a month to be delivered. IT'S normally a week to a week and a half. Every time I call I get a different story. And was been told "it's out of my hands/ control but the customer service on the phone. Spent over $400 to get"do you want to cancel the orde"? Lmao Target optical is the worst.
