She managed to fit me into an earlier appointment and had made a plan on how to get me seeing again, as the systems in Florida are different than in the UK for eye prescriptions. Paula was friendly and constantly put me at ease. She deserves a raise, or at least a paid trip to Discovery Cove! Paula is an asset to Target Optical, Kissimmee - they are blessed to have her.
