  Do NOT go see Dr. Hajira. She’s the worst doctor I’ve ever been to. Absolutely rude and miserable. I can’t even trust the prescription she gave me I’ll need to probably get another exam done with a real professional who knows what they are doing and have some courtesy to greet you rather than treat her patients like cattle. Her exam lasted less than 2 minutes and within the 2 minutes she had me repeat over the SAME line of letters. Well, obviously I memorized the letters so not sure how she could tell what to prescribe me if she just had me repeat the same slide over and over and switched lens twice then said good to go.

  As an Orlando local, I can confidently say this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Aklima at Target Optical was absolutely amazing. She didn’t just help me pick my prescription glasses, she truly guided me through the process with patience, honest recommendations, and great attention to detail. What stood out the most was her human quality and genuine care. I actually walked in planning to get one pair… and ended up leaving with two thanks to her great advice. One of them is even my first pair of AI-powered smart glasses, which I probably wouldn’t have tried without her recommendation. Exceptional service, great energy, and someone who clearly loves helping people. If you go there, ask for Aklima. Highly recommended.

  The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness, and I was accommodated prior to my scheduled appointment. Aklima was particularly attentive, ensuring I selected the appropriate frame, which contributed to an overall excellent experience. Annette also deserves commendation.

  Compré unos lentes en línea y seleccioné la opción de realizar mi examen de la vista en esta misma óptica, ya que hace aproximadamente dos años me hice mi examen allí, pagué por el servicio y tuve una buena experiencia en ese momento. Con esa confianza, agendé una nueva cita. El día de mi cita, por alguna razón que no me supieron explicar claramente, esta fue cancelada. Sin embargo, ese no fue el principal problema. Debido a mi agenda y para no retrasar más el proceso, le solicité a la persona que me atendió que me proporcionara mi fórmula anterior, la cual es mi información personal y por la que yo pagué en su momento, para poder usarla en mis nuevos lentes. Para mi sorpresa, me dijeron que no podían dármela. Incluso me insinuaron que si compraba la montura directamente con ellos, entonces sí podrían replicar mi fórmula. Esto es completamente inaceptable. Estamos hablando de mi fórmula, mis datos médicos y un servicio que ya pagué. Negarme el acceso a esa información y condicionarlo a que compre con ellos me parece una falta total de respeto y una práctica poco ética. Como cliente, tengo derecho a acceder a mi propia información. Esta experiencia fue muy decepcionante y poco profesional. No los recomiendo en absoluto.
