  Unfortunately not a good experience. Waiting for more than 90 min. Doctor never showed up. I came to the front desk and the lady telling her that I cannot wait more because I need to work. She just told me: GO. Not recommend at all. Sad because when we search for a doctor we expect to be attended. God bless them.

  After two appointments with Dr. Miguel Portocarrera, I must say that those two visits left me feeling in very good hands. I felt listened to, understood, and also appropriately treated. My main problem: I had difficulty understanding him and his nurse, due to linguistic/accent. And, that's something we have to find a way to make a little easier.

  I am absolutely dissapointed with the lack of knowledge the representatives have, I had an appt with Dr. mohanal and the rep for his celebration office was completely clueless on where it was located because she “doesn’t work there” and is unable to help me - she gave the wrong address too which was 410 celebration place. I had to circle around the whole medical city to find it. I request that she atleast send me to someone that can help or manager, she finally transferred me over to the so called manager and I was left on VM. I work in a clinic and I am always eager to help any patients that get lost on their way to the appt or atleast offer some assistance, it’s sad to see that some places don’t have the same values.

  My husband Arthur and I visited the office today to address some issues he has been having with getting new prescriptions filled.. We asked to speak with a Supervisor which was Zenith Comas the practices Office Manager. I want to say that she was most professional and extremely empathetic to my husband's needs. She was thorough and patient with us. She explained some of the issues with the phone system and other concerns we have been having. Want to convey that she was successful in solving our issue today. I am grateful that your practice has such a understanding and personable employee. Your practice is outstanding with her as your Office Manager. Me husband and I were very impressed with the way she resolved our issue and now have a competent ally to solve any is s ues that may come up in the future, Veronica and Arthur Wynn September 5, 2024

  Dr. Larranaga....oh where do I start?! I have been to Dr. Larranaga in 2015, 2018 and now again today 2023. From my very 1st. visit Dr. Larranaga has been first professional, friendly, made me feel comfortable and explained everything in a manner I could understand. I left feeling he's got my best interest! Today 5 yrs. later he is the same professional and as friendly as ever! Today I felt even more cared for. He has a new office building, his staff is awesome. Dr. Larranaga began as he usually does with humor. I see it as a way to make you feel welcomed and at ease with what could perhaps be an occasion where we could feel worried or concerned about what could be a diagnosis we might not want to hear. Thank you Dr! Dr. Larranaga began to explain the results of my labs and CT scan and I asked him if it would be OK to bring my husband who was in the waiting room to listen and of course he said "absolutely!" Dr. Larranaga welcomed my husband in and began to explain and educate us about my results. I have never ever had a Dr.sit with such patience and professionalism who explained the results, his professional diagnosis, understanding and his findings. I felt as though I was his own family in the way he spoke with us and expressed himself. Thank you again Dr. Larranaga. Dr. Larranaga answered every question and he reassured us in his diagnosis and questions. Dr.Larranaga asked us to be our own best advocates, to listen to our bodies and if we didn't like the responses we received from any provider to go elsewhere, I am a firm believer in this. Thank you again for your advice Dr. I wish a lot more Drs. were as honest and professional as Dr. Larranaga. I left being educated and I felt totally comfortable knowing that when my PC asked if I had a Nephrologist in mind, I knew Dr. Larranaga was my very first and best choice as he had been years ago. My husband was very happy and impressed with his knowledge and professionalism as Dr. Larranaga shows and explains the results of labs, images and previous notes in a huge screen TV and leaves you with notes, literature and copies of everything he has discussed as well as asks if you have any further questions! Dr. Larranaga walks you to check out and shakes your hand good bye...Wow! A Total gentleman, professional in his field and then some. I wish I had Dr. Larranaga as a specialist for every specialty I or my family needed. Thank you so much Dr. Larranaga ...You are exceptional and very Rare in a very Great way!
