I initially presented with an infected tooth and was treated with antibiotics; however, I experienced severe pain the following day. Dr. Douglas promptly accommodated me and even extended his hours to ensure my tooth was properly treated. From the front desk to the clinical care, the entire team demonstrated exceptional compassion, professionalism, and patience. The office is clean, equipped with advanced technology, and every step of the process was explained thoroughly and clearly. I am extremely grateful to now be pain-free in less than 12 hours. A special thank you to Cecilia for her kindness and support during the procedure—it truly made a difference. This was, without a doubt, the most positive dental experience I have had, and I highly recommend this office to others.

Found this doctor online with good reviews and left a weekend voicemail. The doctor herself actually called me back, listened to my situation, talked to my MN dentist for confirmation, and then scheduled me first thing Monday morning. Saving my family vacation!!! Most importantly, the root canal experience was excellent start to finish (CT scan, explanation, procedure, staff, everything). Cecelia was an amazing help to the doctor as well and I only have the best things to say about Dr Douglas and her business overall. I’d recommend her to anyone as I trusted her on a vacation and she came through for me. Such a blessing to find a professional when you’re in a pinch. Great endodontist…no pain during or since in a tooth that was in extreme pain before hand (procedure was two days ago now). Thank you!
