  I researched Dr. David Perry and made an appointment to get his opinion on my hip that has caused pain for two years. Two previous doctors never manipulated my legs and only wanted to prescribe muscle relaxers. I was very impressed with his bio; training and medical experience. I also appreciate a great bedside manner and he offers that too. It took him less than a minute to determine what he suspected, and the x-rays confirmed it. Arthritis in my hips. Rather than scheduling surgery he suggested a medicine that may help with the inflammation. I expressed my distaste for prescription meds and he walked me through the side effect and that it would be safe with the ones I am required to take at present. He also said that we would try it for a month and see if it makes any difference. He never made me feel rushed and took his time to answer all my questions. I was extremely pleased with the visit. I want to note that I am not related or have any connection to the practice.

  Dr Catana & his staff are excellent. I contacted their office after getting a misdiagnosis from an emergency room visit outside of Key West. I was seen that day, diagnosed & admitted into Key West Hospital for hip surgery. I was treated with compassion, respect & urgency. Dr Catana was respectful to my worried husband & was a calming confident influence to him. My husband wanted to know if he was the “best man for the job” & Dr Catana was not insulted. He showed no “ego” or insult. His calm confident understanding demeanor calmed & reassured my husband. My surgery went flawlessly & I am on my way to recovery. I absolutely would recommend Dr Catana and his office staff, nursing staff & anyone he suggested! Top notch with compassion.

  Dr. Perry and the staff are fantastic! I very rarely go to a doctor (fortunately from a health perspective). However, I want to take the time to share the perfect experience I had this week with the KW Orthopedics team. Michelle was great at working with me to schedule an appointment. Luckily she called me twice, as I missed her first call - thank you! My intake was amazing. Kristen was delightful and made the process extremely easy. She was organized, timely, and friendly, anticipating my questions. Super, super nice! I am sorry I did not catch the name of the individual that brought me back and checked me out. She was quick in getting me set up, immediately informed Dr. Perry and then made check out super fast and easy. Dr. Perry was informative, working through the diagnosis, providing me step-by-step his assessment of my elbow. He took time to answer my questions and was direct and educational. I cannot imagine a better experience. Thanks to you all!!

  I have been seeing Dr Perry for at least a half dozen+ years, he is great and his staff is always very efficient. Five years ago after an extended trip to Canada I showed up at his office in agony. Dr Perry was no-nonsense and very effective getting me the necessary MRI (showing DDD with 3 herniated discs) and was then instrumental in clearing the way for me to get a much needed epidural on an emergency basis. His professional staff with my spine surgeon in NY developed a PT program I still follow today which has enabled me to continue to practice and teach taijiquan.
