- JJJared JordanOct 3, 20251.0Doors locked during business hours with no sign. Got soaked walking to the door in the rain from my car only to find the door locked. If the door is locked due to lunch or a bathroom break with only one employee I can understand but there needs to be a sign.

Their hours vary from open at 10am and 11am so just to be safe I came in on a Tuesday at 11:30am and the doors were locked. I tried calling and no answer. I even checked the surrounding doors, windows and signs to make sure there wasn’t something posted about a late opening or stating they were closed and nothing. They just weren’t there and it was really annoying. If they’re hours are going to be adjusted they should have the courtesy of posting the adjusted hours.

Managers here suck obviously as well as there staff. Few times place is actually open theres this very nice guy with glasses. Hes a bodybuilder himself. Fire everybody else. KW needs their supplements.
