All the staffs were very very helpful from the beginning of entering the office, greeted asked how are you doing today to could they be of any assistance to you, very generous and genuine, the wait time was extremely impressive. I live in Loxahatchee and u would definitely bypass any quest near me to literally drive a hour away, very very impressive they all NEED RAISES!!!!!
The phlebotomist Daniell was very polite and thorough, even the pain free stick was excellent. My compliments to her! Overall, Quest is the best in Labs!
My experience with Quest as a company has been terrible. In April of 2025 my husband had several tests performed through Quest. The representative at the NY location where those tests were done, mistakenly put my husbands secondary insurance into your system instead of his primary insurance. Of course, his secondary insurance company rejected all claims from quest - since nothing was submitted to his primary insurance carrier. I have spent days during the past year trying to get this mistake corrected. I used your website and the system did not retain the edits I tried to make to his insurance. I called and spent literally hours in your automated phone system - never getting to a human. I wrote corrections to his insurance on the back of invoices you sent to me and nothing was correct. I wrote and mail a letter, with a copy of his insurance card attached to paper copies of all the invoices I was getting billed for - and not changes were made buy Quest to correct this account. I called resently I was able to get a representative who said she changed the insurance. As of yesterday, I received 4 more bills, all containing incorrect insurance information. I called again and spoke to another representative and she told me she corrected the insurance on those 4 bills. We will see. However at this point I tell every doctor who wants to send me to quest for tests - that I would prefer to go to another facility and I share with them how horrible Quest is to deal with - from a patients perspective.

5/5 experience bringing my autistic non-verbal son to this location for bloodwork. A special shout out to Toni and Rochelle, who were incredibly professional, patient, and kind. They worked efficiently and truly exemplified the spirit of team work. We are so grateful for their expertise and care. Thank you for a positive experience for what can be a rather challenging situation for my son.
