  Awful experience. Luckily we had only gone through initial testing. The staff is horrible, from finance, front desk, and our 3rd party consultant. Getting a simple question answered was like pulling teeth. We were going to keep moving forward since we had already started with IVFMD. The last straw was when we were told our doctor (Dr. Bauer) had suddenly “moved out of state”. They told us in order to see another doctor in their practice that we would need to pay a new patient consult fee (about $500 for the two of us). Seriously?! We decided to instead pay the fee to consult with a different clinic. We are happily patients of this new clinic and also surprised to see the difference in cost. IVFMD- no need to respond with your “apology and understanding” template.

  Cannot say enough good things about this practice. All the nurses, doctors and medical assistants were amazing and they helped me every step of the way. They were all so kind caring and supportive throughout what is a very difficult process for the patient. Dr. McCarthy is a gifted doctor who we were so lucky to have.

  Do not go to this clinic, I would give 0 stars if I could for what this place has put me through. Not only did Dr. McCarthy recommend an invasive surgery I did not need after telling me I may have scar tissue that I did not have, it cost me thousands of dollars in repeat workup fees and another SIS with a different doctor to tell me I did not have any indication to need a surgery. Then they fraudently billed my insurance when they told me the fees had to be self pay, leaving me to pay both. After a 1.5 years of dealing with these charges, I now have a healthy baby from IVF at a different practice that never once treated me like this, billed me like this, or performed unnecessary testing on me. I have never written a bad review but I had to, because as someone in the medical field this is bad medicine, and bad customer service to resolve an issue of fraud. I steer away this place from any patient I see or friend of mine that is looking for a fertility specialist. You will waste your time, be put through invasive testing and be billed 10x.

  Dr. Taylor and the whole team are incredible. I felt very fortunate to have had such a wonderful experience with IVFMD Jupiter. Highly recommend!

  Truly such a wonderful experience, with a team who cares!! Nicole was amazing and has gone above and beyond for us multiple times - making a stressful situation feel that much easier!!
