The Health Care District of Palm Beach County Community Health Center in Jupiter (formerly known as the C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinic) provides a full range of health services for adult patients, including medical, behavioral and mental health, women’s health, pharmacy services and community resource programs. Our mission is to make comprehensive, high-quality health care accessible to the entire community. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our doors are open to all patients. We treat everyone regardless of insurance status or ability to pay and offer medical translation services, so language is not a barrier to a patient receiving equitable care.
