StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Abacoa offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

In addition, Kurt went above and beyond to help with my OnePass set-up. I always people please my treatment and it never gets to the root, but Dawn listens and gives me the real relief I am seeking. And I finally have faith I might be able to live pain free someday with her knowledge and guidanc Original review: Dawn and Ally are the best. I have been a member since Dawn did an intro stretch 6 m before they opened and it was worth the wait. They both bring such professionalism but different backgrounds - for me the treatment brings me much more relief than a massage ever did. Plus it’s personalized to you, your typical aches, problem area, and anything new that comes up just living life. e
