  Terrible customer service. I spoke to Ariel over the phone about wanting to cancel my membership. She informed me that I had to pay another months membership due to having to cancel 30 days in advance. When I added a recommendation that this should be told to members in conversation about membership cancelling, she was extremely rude, her tone was disrespectful, and very passive aggressive. It sucks because I really loved the workout itself at this studio, but the terrible customer service and lack of communication is unacceptable.

  This is a totally enjoyable and satisfying full body workout involving unique moves and routines that are always changing and evolving! The studio is led by enthusiastic & seasoned teachers and the studio is clean & comfy with a great playlist.

  Hooked from day one when I took my first free class, and immediately became a member as part of my birthday present to myself! I love all the classes and the instructors are all amazing!

  Lindsey’s pure barre classic class was so fun and beautifully challenging and she is such a kind and welcoming instructor. She will make you sweat though! 10/10
