- MSmarie starNov 9, 20251.0The desk is usually nice. Today not so much. I ask for help with connecting my EarPods. I never had an issue before. I simply asked yesterday and today they have not be connected. The lady at the desk was so dismissive and said it’s probably your ear buds. Did not want to help at all along with a guy at the desk. I have a had another situation with the same person when I walked in. She’s arrogant. I said I never had a problem. I looked up online and it’s says go to the front desk to ask for help if your having a problem with connecting to WiFi. They have construction going on inside and the noise is loud. I just wanted to listen to my music. They need better customer service. I hope when others need help they don’t run into her or they give. Better customer service training.

Apparently he makes it a point to inspect your footwear and if does not meet his standards, planet fitness allows him to speak to you rudely and tell you that you’re not allowed to work out. I called corporate regarding his hostility and rudeness and apparently they (PF) endorse his behavior because I continue to see and hear about Dario and his bravado. He walks around that place like he is the Gestapo.
