- RVRenata VilleApr 10, 20251.0I am a patient of Dr Sterling. He is most wonderful doctor but the staff in this office is most unprofessional, and rude personal I have ever came in contact with. I called them 4 times leaving messages just to return my call and go over the bloodwork I had done or if I need to come in for an appointment to do so. No response since March 19, 2025. I personally came in the office. Took time off work in hopes to resolve this situation and that did not happened. The front office staff as I asked her to talk to a manager rolled her eyes at me like I was bothering her. She said manager will call you and totally kept ignoring me. I asked her for the name of practice owner. She literally threw a card at me of Dr DeLucia and didn’t say another word. I hope the owner cares enough to read the reviews and I am hoping to get my blood work results from them. So frustrating. To reply I am a patient at your clinic 100%! Your clinic is a joke!

I was given a prescription that requires insurance prior approval - my pharmacy immediately sent the form to be completed by medi weight loss. I have called them 4 times over the past 3 weeks to find out why there is such a delay - I keep getting excuses and promises to get it done. Still nothing. I will find another weight loss clinic that actually ensures patient satisfaction. Please note that Medi weight loss responded to this post but what they state is absolutely incorrect - I was never a no show for an appt - I called and cancelled my follow up because without being on a weight loss med, why would I pay another $100? Also I did try alternatives but the wagovy went unfilled for 6 months due to the shortage. Finally, the clinic was not getting the pre approval from my insurance - my pharmacy was - all they had to do was complete a form and return it to the pharmacy so the prescription could be submitted. Totally unprofessional response - just accept responsibility and make sure your other customers are handled properly.
