Unfortunately, my husband and I had a very rude salesperson by the name of Cindy, which led to us traveling to the Palm Beach Gardens location where we had an excellent experience. If ever visiting this location, I highly suggest steering clear of Cindy.

When my wife and I finally asked why she was being so rude and asked for a manager, she stormed off to the back like a child. When I went to LensCrafters in palm beach gardens they were so shocked by the comment she left under my profile they upgraded me from floor stock and wrote their own opposite comment in my profile. This shows her level of professionalism….she and the comment in my profile should be removed.
