- JJjohn jonesSep 16, 20251.0It's regrettable that I have to write a bad review. A simple apology from Roland, the hearing specialist would have sufficed. About 2 weeks ago I had a receiver fail on my Phonak hearing aids. Roland replaced it with an obsolete style of receiver under warranty. The receiver required an entirely different wax guard than the other hearing aid. I questioned him about it and told him that I would prefer not to have to carry 2 different styles of wax guards. He took the hearing aid walked into his work area. He came back in about 5 minutes and said that he had replaced the receiver. Result should have been 2 identical receivers. Yesterday, while cleaning the domes, I looked at the receivers. He had in fact NOT changed the receiver and I still had two mismatched receivers. He stood right in front of me in the exam room spewing his BOLD FACED LIE that he had changed the receivers. I can't tolerate a liar. On a positive note, Acadia, the receptionist is very capable and helpful. She was able to get the receiver replaced herself.

Weston was very thorough , and fixed my current hearing aids which I bought a few years ago from someone else, and gave me a test all for nothing . I feel bad about that but he refused . I would rec.him highly .
- JBJoanne BroomJan 20, 20225.0When I walked in the first time I was greeted with a smile from Araceli she has gone above the and beyound to help me with my insurance.....then when i went back for my hearing test Weston treated me as a person and not a number and he really cared about my hearing.....my new hearing aids are almost as good as my hearing was as a child.....thank you so much
