  I can't even give one star at this point. If I didn't have to to have this posted I would not have. I am not happy about the 3rd floor unit at the rehabilitation center in the pavilion center. I have asked several times why my husband was admitted to a room that does NOT have AIR CONDITIONING. Which still to this day is not fixed. My husband is so hot all day and more so in the evening hours. It had a heavily soiled bag of linens in his room as well and by the second day I couldn't understand where the smell was coming from. It appeared that the bag of soiled linens had just been forgotten about and were there before my husband got there. Some nurses have been okay others disappointing. The facility is a very filthy one as well if you have a choice on where you can take a loved one for rehabilitation do not go here!

  UF Health offers the best approach to theraphy compared to other theraphy facilities I’ve gone to in Jacksonville. UF offers one patient to one therapist unlike other theraphy facilities. My therapist Nisha V Patel is very caring, kind and knowledgeable person. She is truly an asset in her profession. The entire staff here are very friendly, courteous and Iam very lucky a friend recommended UF Health.

  My Physical Therapist Krista Boniecki is excellent! I have made tremendous progress in my recovery from CIDP and Krista deserves credit for the improvement. Her neurological background is of great benefit to neuropathy patients. Many thanks to her !
