Dawn was extremely helpful and friendly. Me and my husband’s feet already feel much better walking out of here. We’re so happy we came, we only wish we had come a couple of years ago!

We were a walk-in to the Good Feet store and "Geo" greeted us took our request to help Gloria with her foot problem. After taking her foot impressions, he was patient in answering her questions. We walked out satisfied. The next few weeks will tell us if the product works. Geo has done a good job in setting her on the path to better walking.

I SWEAR that these inserts work! I started wearing them about 8 yrsago. The initial assessment that they had me do made me believer. I recently moved to another state & misplaced my inserts in packing so I purchased another set. My knees have been bothering me for awhile now & I know that once I start using my new ones, I'm going to be just fine! If your feet, knees, hips or back is bothering you, you must try these inserts.

I walked into The Good Feet Store for the first time Feb. 26 and was met by Nancy. I explained my issues (the beginning of osteoarthritis in my foot no thanks to my ongoing right knee pain) and what I was looking for in terms of product and relief. Nancy was amazing... she understood what I explaining to her in terms of pain and really listened to me. She was extremely attentive, and actually spent more time listening to me than my knee doc, my pain management doc, and my foot doc (all orthopedics)! I spent almost 3 hours with Nancy the first time trying out the various inserts to see how they felt, and how my knee felt. It was really interesting to see how adjusting your foot can make a difference in how you walk, move and stand. I wasn't sure about the price, so I said I'd have to think about it. Two weeks later (after doing research to see if I could find anything similar to what I'd tried at the store and coming up empty) I decided to go back and check things out again. I let Nancy know that I was coming in and she was ready to work with me when I arrived. We spent another 2 and a half hours together going over everything and trying out the inserts again. Nancy really is wonderful to work with: she LISTENS, is patient, doesn't rush you, and doesn't give you a "hard sell". She also explained that if an insert doesn't seem to "work" for you, it can be exchanged for one that will. I made the purchase and so far so good. I highly, highly recommend Nancy - make an appointment if you can and you will get excellent, undivided attention from a very knowledgeable person! (And my inserts FIT and feel good in my shoes!)
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
