  Horrible service I can't even believe these horrible people draw blood they are rude and don't want to work ..I sat at this location for 30 minutes I was a walk in but the Google says that they take walk ins I was told by the man that collects the specimens and takes them to the lab that I could go in until two I got there at 130!.the woman were rude and told me they only take appts I literally was the only one there ..all the way across town for nothing

  Not one place does it say appointment is needed when looking this place up. Once AGAIN THIS PLACE HAS LET ME DOWN. I am just going to find out where else what other company I can go because I am tired of wasting my time when it's already difficult to get there due to my schedule.

  I have been to this Quest diagnostic center before and didn't have an appointment and was seen. The lady informed me today that this place was an appointment only. I said ok and asked for a Quest that takes walk in and she told me. I went there and was done in 10 minutes. I'm complaining today because there was no one there in the first Quest I went to, I was the only one in there, no one in the back or in waiting room except me and I still couldn't get service. This was definitely a failed customer interaction. FYI - My mother and father went to this Quest last week and didn't have an appointment and were seen.
