  Terrible service, is one of the worse, I took a wrong turn and arrive 8:44 and had to make a new appointment for a test that last 3 h. Nobody care , I tried to talk with the 3 employees that were here and they didn’t care at all. All African American. I made another appointment for 10:10 am and I arrived on time and then my appointment was not on the system. Again wait longer, to 11:30 and I am pregnant, what’s a terrible service. Also no consideration when one of the employees finally helped al 11:20 I said that was a glucose test and told the o the lady and she started raising her voice.

  The employees are great but the billing dept is absolutely horrible, you scan your insurance card and then get billed an astronomical amount because somehow the correct INFO isn’t submitted, never again!

  I have to say I was extremely impressed with Joanna this morning! Bright eyed and cheerful she truly is gifted and making clients feel that they are the most important one for the day! She has humor. She keeps things life and she doesn't excellent job at drawing blood. Barely felt a pinch! She kept me talking the whole time to keep my mind off it. She was friendly, jovial, and full of life! She truly made this a fun AND enjoyable experience.

  My check in did not record. I waited 45 min and complained and was called in. The tech was SLOW with entering my info to computer (SLOW) plus couldn’t get my blood. The second person. No luck. After 3 sticks they gave me appt at another location on another day. No apologies from anyone about the long wait in spite of the fact I had an appt nor that I had to be sent to another location. Bad experience. In my 85 yrs I have NEVER left a lab without having had my blood drawn successfully.
