  Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and efficient! The wait was short. I have small veins and everybody has issues finding them. She went straight to it, withdrew 3 tubes of blood and I was finished! Loved it!

  If there were a zero-star option, I would use it. I went to one Quest location and was sent to another that was open until 4:00 PM ( 9890 Hutchinson Parkway Jacksonville Florida)I arrived at 3:14 PM, signed in, and waited. The staff member (Eric) came in and out multiple times and never communicated with those of us waiting. After over an hour of sitting there, he finally came out at 4:24 PM and said he was not doing any more blood draws—after I had already asked him earlier how long it would be and he said nothing. That is unacceptable. Patients should not be left sitting for over an hour with no communication, especially after being redirected from another location. His response when asked for his full name was dismissive and unprofessional. This was a complete waste of time and gas. Do better. MB

  The ladies at Quest on Walmart Hutchinson, Jacksonville, FL are awesome!!! They are just so patience and always in great mood! I drive 45 mts to get there just because of them!
