  I have tried other Quest locations so.1st time here; I will definitely be back as Alicia is excellent with blood draws, I hardly felt a thing! Plus she's sweet and pleasant!

  Alisha was efficient, very kind, and the entire process was extremely quick. If you make an appointment online, show up a few minutes early, and check-in on your phone, you'll be done in under 30mins with no fuss.

  I have used this location several times. In the old days this and other Quests were dismal and dreary. A few years back they were renovated and updated and the result is a very nice place to get labs. I reserved a time on the app, one of their improvements. We arrived at this location and parking is ample. You get a confirmation notice days before your appointment with a link to click ten minutes before your time. If you've signed up on the app then you are ready to go without having to scan at the waiting room kiosk. There is a large screen in the waiting area telling you your status. I was called back right at my assigned time. The phlebotomist was pleasant and efficient. Barely a pinch when stuck. Three tubes of blood later I was given the dreaded cup and directions to the lavatory. The washroom was clean and bright and had two door hooks and a shelf for your stuff. I hate those flimsy cups with plastic lids that push on. They crush easily and woe unto thee who spills the cargo. Go back to the heavy plastic cups with screw on lids. If I may speak for the entire city, we will pay the extra for a sturdy cup. Results can be seen on the app. Overall, for a place that few of us want to go to, this Quest facility is clean and efficient and quick. Other than those awful cups I can't think of anything they need to do to make lab work a positive experience.
