  I can Run now!! Story time! For most of my life I dealt with a nasty flat feet and knee pain, I used to severely over pronate my left foot. As a teen I was told by the doctor that surgery would be good because they could recreate the arch, obviously we said not way we are doing this!! So I kept going just wearing inserts that would help with the arch, this made things a little better… This year I decided that I wanted to start running and do a Hyrox competition, so I started to attempt running When I did my first run of the year I started to experience a horrible pain in my feet and in my ankle Walking was painful and running seemed impossible and I had already signed up for Hyrox in April!! So I found Dr Nick at premier chiropractic! We discovered that the pain in my ankle and foot wasn’t really coming from my flat meet of ankle, it was coming from my hip that tends to open to the outside causing the knee to rotate incorrectly and my feet to over pronate completely 😭 We started therapy by session 2 I was able to see my left arch and walk using my arch! And hold balance on my left feet for over 10 seconds something that never happened before!! Now we have 6 sessions and I was so excited that I decided that I wanted to go run! So I did and it was beautiful! I did 3 kilometers with no pain and completely happy! If this is with only 6 sessions I can’t imagine how I would do with all of them finished! It’s great to see how going to the right person works, they focus con fixing the cause and works on getting this corrected so you don’t have to think about it again and have the life you want one without pain and limitations due to pain!! I’ve spent so much money on inserts and orthopedic shoes that I thought that all of my life I would have to use either tennis shoes or horrible arch support sandals, well no more because this girl is growing her own arch! So no more special shoes or sandals for me!! If you needed a sign that you should come a see Dr Nick this was it! Don’t think about it more go fix the issue from the source!!

  I initially went in for persistent back pain, really not knowing why it continued after many, many adjustments under traditional chiropractics care. What I appreciated most about Dr. Nick was that instead of treating the symptoms, he took time to evaluate how I was moving. The issue with my back was not structural damage- it was movement patterns putting stress on my back. The focus on correcting mechanics and retraining my brain and body to move differently made the biggest difference. It wasn’t just adjustments, it was intentional work to reprogram how I squat, hinge, and stabilize. I truly appreciate the root-cause approach and emphasis on long term results. Highly recommend!!!

  Working with Dr. Nick has been an awesome experience. From the initial process, you can tell it’s different. The treatment plan is super individualized and aimed at actually solving your problem, instead of putting duct tape on it. I’ve been dealing with neck issues for years with no solution, until I gave Premier Performance Chiropractic a shot.   Dr. Nick & staff have been instrumental in improving my functional mobility. With each session I gain a greater understanding and awareness of how my body should optimally move. Homework exercises are given to build and support the progression of the care plan designed specifically for my goals and needs. Dr Nick is a great communicator frequently giving and asking for feedback during each session. The facility is clean , organized and conducive to meeting clients needs. I highly recommend Premier Chiropractic as a worthwhile investment in your health and wellbeing. I have experienced less pain and greater functionality as a result of this program.
