- SKSally KarpinskiDec 27, 20241.0They don't honor the guarantee, of return with no explanation, it takes 3 weeks to get the eye ware. if the manager isn't there the assistant tells you to come back later for everything, adjustments, questions, returns etc. the hours are 9 am till 6 pm.the manager is rarely there and the assistant can't help with anything.
