Friendly staff introduced themselves by name and the wait during my mid-morning appointment was only a few minutes. Darius the optometrist tech explained each step of the exam process in a comfortable conversational manner, clarifying what to expect as well as tips for achieving the best results. I especially appreciated his initiative in assuring and demonstrating the sanitizing process for the optometry equipment in between patients. Dr. Mack was efficient in evaluating my exam data, and her positive and professional manner allowed me to feel completely at ease, not rushed or embarrassed in any way. I'm satisfied with my experience today and feel optimistic about future appointments.
