I highly recommend this LensCrafters store—I would give them 10 stars if I could! I’m a regular LensCrafters customer, but I had never visited the Town Center location before. A few days ago, I went in to order a new pair of glasses and accidentally lost my Pandora bracelet without even realizing it had fallen. When I returned to the store almost two months later, the person who helped me (unfortunately, I didn’t ask her name—she was a young Asian woman who wears glasses) returned my Pandora bracelet. She had been keeping it all this time in case I came back one day. It was such a beautiful surprise! She was incredibly honest and kind. I highly recommend this location—excellent service! Also, Chris, the sales associate, is an excellent person—very kind, polite, and patient with customers.

Extremely rude! No one greeted me when I walked in and I was yelled at twice, asked if I had an appointment and ordered to come to the front like I was a dog to check in. They lack customer service, professionalism, I’ve never been treated in such a condescending manner. Also the store is disorganized, dirty and cluttered. Edit: I wish I read the reviews before wasting my time at this dollar tree reading glass pop up shop cos playing as a reputable optometrist!

Absolutely the WORST service and care I have ever had with LensCrafters!!! 1st trip they did a half assed eye exam and gave me a script for lenses that was so bad I ended up with a headache after wearing my glasses. Took 2 weeks to get an appointment to have my eyes rechecked and the prescription changed then told it would take 10 days to get the lenses and an additional $91 dollars after paying over $300 the first visit. No sooner left and they call me telling me I didn't pay for something the first time and if I didn't pay another $89 they would cancel my order completely and not correct my glasses. After arguing and emailing the copy of my receipts from the first visit they tell me it was not posted my account correctly the first time. Again the worst customer service at this location!!! I've used LensCrafters for about 20 years but I will drive out of the way not to ever go to this location again!! Save your money and go somewhere else.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
