  I'm down here visiting my mom for the first time being on home dialysis and I have to say Barbara has been absolutely amazing. This woman deserves 5 stars all on her own. I have been here before and have absolutely loved the entire staff. Thank you Cissy for all the help and advice.

  I agree with some of the post . Some of the staff make you feel like they don’t care for there patients well being . Like they are just there for a paycheck . One of the nurses are always rushing and not cleaning the patients arm correctly and also one older nurse in particular seems like he brings his problems from home and screams at patient when asking him to clean off dripped blood he was rushing so much not cleaning properly . The ladies upfront are nice gentle and sweet but when it comes to the clinic manager and a few nurses/techs they don’t have good social skills and as a patient you should want to feel like a tech or even the clinic manager cares for your well being . Seems like they are always understaffed and rushing in the back house . I wouldn’t prefer to go to this clinic I feel they need new management so the nurses and techs won’t feel like they can just do anything and not get in trouble for it . Not sure if it’s a racist thing or what but it seems like it’s only the minorities getting the short end of the stick there . I always spoke up for what was right and I’m younger and it just sucks because most in there are elders that can’t speak up for themselves and I don’t think they liked that i always defended myself and stood for what was right because that’s what your suppose to do stand for what’s right . That’s just what I’ve witnessed . I personally couldn’t take the disrespect and all the negatives that place had to offer I recently Re located to a new center and feels more welcoming and definitely don’t feel any bad energy here .. do research before going to this place

  The clinic is currently experiencing staff shortages, which has led to shortened treatment times for patients despite their critical need for dialysis. Additionally, the manager, Jason, has been unprofessional and lacks empathy in his interactions with patients.
