I was asked to call another optometry place I went to, asked to call my insurance. Then told if I want to pretend this appointment never happened and my insurance isn’t going to cover anything and told she would give me a discount. (166 dollars later).I was almost in tears, really stressed. Probably won’t come back. Isn’t it your job to know my insurance benefits and contact the proper people, so I, the patient, don’t have to? Very unprofessional.

I felt like a baby learning to walk but they were so patient, I never once felt rushed or like I was taking too much of their time. Learning to take the contacts out was the most difficult for me and I got very frustrated, but in the midst of my frustration the guy helping me told me to take a breather and gave me a pep talk which boosted my confidence to finally be able to do it! Would recommend this place to anybody!

The staff was welcoming, the check in process was smooth and I was seen on time. The doctor was thorough, explained each step and I understood my overall eye health.
