- MZMelesia ZillerFeb 28, 20265.0I want to take a moment to thank the staff at Winston Family YMCA. I've not gotten to visit before but had all 5 grandkids this weekend and it's too cold and rainy to get in our own pool so I was looking for an indoor pool. We were pleasantly surprised that the first trial visit was at no cost. But what was truly impressive was the staff working on the afternoon of 2/27/26. The two men at the front desk were so patient with us while we tried to herd kids, sign papers, look for a bathroom, check out the pool. Then when I locked myself out of the locker a kind female staff member came and showed us how to use it. And finally the life guard staff was so great! They tested the kid's swimming skills, explained the rules and even interacted with the kids when they asked for diving toys or had questions. We really enjoyed our visit and found it to be a clean, well managed facility with staff that were friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great experience!

I have considered switching gym multiple times due to how early the gym closes. Every gym closes 10pm or later at this point. Other than that, this gym is perfect! Super nice staff and equipment!
