All three of the staff members were occupied with other customers, but I was acknowledged the moment I stepped in the door, actually a couple of times. I had just left another retailer and was in the store for 27 minutes without being spoken to. That was the third and last time I’ll ever visit that retailer. Within a very short couple of moments, someone came over to help me out. And it didn’t take long at all for me to have a pair of glasses picked out and had them ordered. This review is 100% dedicated to the staff member that was helping me as well as the other two that were there (who also participated in my experience). I’m certainly going to be a return customer and I’m going to recommend Warby Parker to everyone I know, especially out here at the beach.
