I recently returned to The Good Feet Store and was once again impressed by the exceptional level of customer service. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcomed and valued. DW was especially outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect support for my feet. As a returning customer, I appreciated the time DW took to assess my needs and ensure my previous experience was built upon, not just repeated. Her professionalism and personal touch truly stand out in today’s retail environment. Thanks to DW and the staff, I left feeling confident, comfortable, and well taken care of. I Highly recommend both the products and the team!

I was a little skeptical about how much The Feet Store’s products could really help me with my Plantar Fasciitis pain compared to over the counter products. I was also concerned about high pressure sales tactics. Oh, how wrong I was, on both counts. The difference between their inserts and over the counter ones are like night and day. So much so, that my wife even got fitted for some inserts for her foot and knee pain. The store rep, Dawn, was awesome. She was very informative, kind, while also being professional. She never pressured us. Her coworker, Guillermo, was nice, too. We both left the store very happy with our purchase and experience.

( These comments are my opinion, and subjective interpretations of my personal experience) That being said, If I could give it less, I would: Their (initial) objective is to get you locked into a LONG drawn out process [ ever been subject to a timeshare sales pitch? ......same concept ] They refuse to even estimate a price range, they insult you with phrases like 'You scare easily' , ' You dont know the cost before you go to a doctor ' ( hint: YES YOU DO, and you aren't doctors.....not even close ) They also do not tell you the following (serious) issues: 1) Aggressive no refund policy 2) sometime it doesn't work 3) sometimes it makes it worse (no refunds) 4) their business model is to get as much money from you as possible 5) they use your pain as leverage to induce you to buy more 'orthotics' than you actually need. 6) This is NOT a medical solution. 7) It isn't a 'one and done' situation there are 3 three stages of 'orthotics' so they certainly dont tell you that in the commercials........ Their salespeople are hi-pressure con-artists FOLKS Seriously: If you have serious foot pain, GO TO A LICENSED PODIATRIST!!!! In the long run, it will be cheaper, and you will have a better chance of getting better. It really saddens me that a company (or the salespeople representing that company) could be misleading in such a manner. PS: I had already walked out, but my wonderful wife finally got the salesperson to admit that sometimes the cost is $3000 or more.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
