- AAAshleyJan 5, 20261.0This office is lying to people that their insurance is covered when it’s not. I confirmed 3x before booking my insurance was accepted. They ran insurance under my name as I was the patient; when my daughter was the one being seen and she is listed as a covered dependent. Several people walked in and was told same thing. That that their insurance was covered when it indeed wasn’t. I have been going to eye appointments for over 10 years never have I ever had this issue. Doctor was rude and said they don’t know if it’s covered until you get there! Completely false information. The office was in the middle of renovations with wiring hanging from ceiling. Beyond unprofessional. Had to pay $93 out of pocket when in reality I have no copays for this service under a covered network. Now I’m having to fight my insurance for my eye appointment because this office booked it as it was me. Thanks Target never again!

The staff provided excellent service and ensured the process was efficient from start to finish. The optometrist conducted a thorough evaluation, explained the results clearly, and addressed all of my questions. I left feeling confident about my eye health and appreciated the overall professionalism and care throughout the appointment. In addition, the staff took extra time to help me select the right pair of glasses, which was especially helpful since I’m not accustomed to wearing them. Their guidance made the experience comfortable and reassuring
