I got my first set 8 years ago and Jennifer has kept me up to date with testing yearly and softwear adjustments to keep me hearing my best. I’ll be using Miracle Ear hearing aides till the end. Lindsey does a great job keeping track of appts and every three months she does a great job cleaning them for me. It’s just part of the great service from this team of two.
- CVCypress VillageApr 4, 20225.0About 15 years ago I purchased my first Miracle Ear product, a pair of analog Behind-the-Ear (BTE) hearing aids and have been returning to the same location for the last 15 years. In that time several hearing aid specialists have been assigned to that office. Six years ago, Jennifer Keyes was assigned to the Jacksonville location, and she has been the best HAS I have worked with; Jennifer is extremely professional and her attention to detail related to hearing instruments is outstanding. The first year I met Jennifer I purchase the newer GENIUS™ technology Receiver-in-Canal (RIC) model ME760s which was a better hearing experience. Three years ago, I upgraded, at Jennifer’s suggestion to the latest Miracle Ear technology the ME4300. Last week (April 1, 2022) I received my hearing aids after a three-year warranty check and Jennifer did an excellent job in ensuring the best hearing quality possible. I will continue to be a customer of Miracle Ear and the great support of Jennifer. Mike Boutin
