He called multiple times to ask about the refund and would get transferred to someone but the phone would not get picked up. He has now called the office four times and has yet to speak with the office manager or anyone for that matter. I called this afternoon (different phone number) and was told Nina would call me back today. We just want our $3,600 refund. Nina, please return my call. I left my name and number with Delilah today (10/13025) at 4:47 pm.

- ECEric CohnJul 5, 20251.0Staff at the store is amazing. It's the area manager and the poor product. Bought top of the line in Nov 2024. From day one had issues with the Bluetooth connectivity. Was given options to try nothing worked. Tried on another phone same issue. This store I was told to go too by customer service. Great service by the staff. They suggested to try another pair to see if same issue. Tried and no issues with the other brand name. Was sent to area manager and he wanted me to pay more money on top of the 9k plus I already paid to only get a partially working product. Nothing the store can do as up to the area manager who also wants me to pay more money for another TV streamer and Wireless charger as my others would not work with the new pair. Stay away from Miracle Ear period as this area manager for Jacksonville will not help the customer and lacks customer service skills as well. He has your money and he is done with you.
