He called multiple times to ask about the refund and would get transferred to someone but the phone would not get picked up. He has now called the office four times and has yet to speak with the office manager or anyone for that matter. I called this afternoon (different phone number) and was told Nina would call me back today. We just want our $3,600 refund. Nina, please return my call. I left my name and number with Delilah today (10/13025) at 4:47 pm.

My husband is about 6 months into wearing his new hearing aid, and it has completely changed our lives. He had tried other hearing aids in the past, which he found either hard to use, or ineffective. He wears the Miracle Ear from the time he gets up until he goes to bed. We've had actual conversations, and MY stress level has decreased! Brittany is fabulous! The time she invests in her clients to ensure their understanding and ability to use the new aid surpasses any customer service I've experienced in years. The office is friendly and staff is very helpful. I would highly recommend Miracle Ear and Brittany!
