- JJJoyOct 24, 20255.0Short review: Representative Jaques was amazing! Picked out 6 pairs for me which ALL looked better than my current pair and entertained my kids while I tried them on. Long Review: I'd got my prescription at a different eyeglasses place and had tried looking at glasses but struggled because I had kids in tow and ended up needing to leave because my kids were having trouble and the representatives weren't being very helpful. I came here because I'd had a great experience before and LensCrafters delivered! I walked in with my stroller and told them honestly that I needed them to pick a few out for me. Representative Jaques picked out 6 frames very quickly ALL of which looked better on me then the current frames I had. Three looked very similar but better and three were fun and artsy frames that I probably would never have chosen on my own but was surprised at how good they looked. I ended up getting a new look, and while I was looking through the glasses trying to decide this guy played peekaboo with my baby and helped my three year old pick and try on three pairs which she was absolutely delighted by. Honestly this guy deserves a raise and a promotion he was so great. I left the previous place feeling flustered and exhausted. I left this place feeling happy and excited to try a new look with two happy kids.

While browsing the store, I noticed that I was being followed and filmed by an associate. When I politely asked what he was doing, instead of offering an explanation or reassurance, he became aggressive and visibly aggravated that I questioned him. This behavior made me feel targeted and extremely unwelcome. Due to the associate's unprofessional and confrontational attitude, I no longer felt comfortable continuing my business with this store. As a result, I canceled my upcoming eye appointment and will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope management takes this seriously and trains staff on appropriate customer service and respectful behavior. No customer should feel watched, harassed, or intimidated while trying to shop.
