I am writing to formally share concerns regarding the consistently poor customer service experienced at your location. Our family has been loyal customers to Lenscrafters for the past couple of years, but my recent interactions have been deeply upsetting. During one of our most recent visits a few days ago, I brought in a pair of glasses I had purchased. The rude staff members I am fortunately had to interact with wrote on my glasses with ink that I have been unable to remove, and he was dismissive and rude throughout the entire interaction. This is unfortunately consistent with the overall atmosphere of the office. The optometrist and the other male staff member frequently appear unfriendly and treat customers as if assisting them is a burden. I always strive to treat others with respect, but the hostile and unprofessional attitude from these individuals makes visiting your office a source of anxiety. While there was a very kind woman working there about a year ago, the current staff's behavior is making it very difficult for me to continue supporting your business. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for your customers

This was one of the best eye appointment experiences I’ve had. I get extremely anxious going to these appointments, and the staff at LensCrafters were so friendly, patient, and helpful. They made sure I understood everything and truly cared about my comfort. Thank you so so much Kiara , Scarlet , & Nicole!!! Their kindness made a huge difference, and I left feeling relieved and taken care of. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience which deserves recognition. I don’t normally give reviews because It’s not often that I encounter good customer service. Therefore it’s not often I have anything good to say. Thank you for a positive experience.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
