So caring, anticipating the needs we have. She works well with any schedule we choose. She’s always on time and has a joyful attitude all the time. Ms. Charlotte is assigned to take care of one of our core members, but she helps all of our core members when she is present. Ms. Charlotte is helpful by braiding hair, cleaning after dinner, laugh and joke with the core members, that's just to name a few. Ms. Charlotte goes above and beyond.
