  I'm down here visiting my mom for the first time being on home dialysis and I have to say Barbara has been absolutely amazing. This woman deserves 5 stars all on her own. I have been here before and have absolutely loved the entire staff. Thank you Cissy for all the help and advice.

  The clinic is currently experiencing staff shortages, which has led to shortened treatment times for patients despite their critical need for dialysis. Additionally, the manager, Jason, has been unprofessional and lacks empathy in his interactions with patients.

  This is my wife 1st time bein there shes only been there 3 or 4 mnths n she was moved from her old clinic where she had been over there for 7 years wit her kidney doctor my wife did peritoneal dialysis at home fo 2 years until she started gettin infected alot n bein n and out hospital wit fluid bein n her lungs n her doctor decided that she needed to be put on hemo dialysis n we started her journey there at her old clinic all of the good staff ppl n patients left there n so did my wife it was not bein ran suitable to accommodate the patientsover there n now shes her at this new clinic which is the worst these ppl hve favorites that they wanna see n the others they treat bad including my wife she has alot of health issues goin on this year we found out my wife had congestive heart failure n she had to hve multiple surgeries includin stents bein put in n otha procedures done n these ppl over here are the worst they dnt care about the patients health at all n sum of these ppl hve not been trained to do this stuff they jus get sum of these ppl off the street these ppl hve no idea how to deal wit your loved ones at all they are jus there fo a paychk by my wife bein very ill causes her to move slow n shes always n pain so shes late sumtimes n these ppl hve turned her away soo many times jus fo bein a lil late or late we thought that if u cn get to the center n time n show up that they suppose to let u run those 2hours n especially if u hve ppl cumin off roun dat same time so we thought n this has taken n put alot of stress on me n my wife becuz we feel like shes not being treated fairly the clinic manager we hve had lil run ins wit him not treatin my wife good like he does wit others becuz shes late dats bein picky wit certain patients it seems he has a hatred against my wife becuz shes blk n again i say wit certain patients this man makes my wife to start feelin uncomfortable becuz hes single her out becuz shes late so now wat they got goin on is they give her a certain time to show up n shes not there by the time they think she shud be they refuse her treatment n they hve done this more than one time she had to go to da hospital a wèek ago becuz they refused her treatment to get the fluid off of her she cud not breathe n was overloaded becuz they refused n they are the cause why her right arm got damaged to an bad iv stick n her right arm is brised n damaged badly from this n this is her good arm she gets treated on whn she gets hospitalized we are workin on findin anotha center becuz thats not good health care for her to keep missin n bein threatin by them to keep refusin her dialysis becuz shes late that is negligence on a patient n we hve got to do sumtin bout this bad patient care refusin the patients treatment whn this center closes at 8 they will refuse u if u not there by 4 or 5 but they dnt close until 8 wow thats terrible my daughter is a nurse n shes very mad wit these ppl n how she feels like they are mistreatin her mom rite now our family is takin sum serious precautions wit my wife befo things get any worse becuz these ppl are not professional over there n u cnt treat ppl any kind of way
