- PGpumpkin geneticsOct 7, 20245.0I was going to Fresenius‘s and Jacksonville on Turner Road. The staff there treated me like their family member and took care of me with kindness, love and attention when I needed it. I would send shout to Erica the head nurse Miss Tracy she took care of me. Irene Christopher. Dino show me love when I was there didn’t have any problems. And I can’t forget about miss Ruth. Yeah, my nephrologist doctor came by three days a week and checked up on all her patients.

Then I had a incident again recently. I have had enough. I have terrific techs that deal with me with no problems. Then there is two techs in that I've had to deal with that just have unprofessionalism. Other than that everything else is ok.
- LML MelAug 25, 20201.0The staff at this facility let my mother bleed out for 2.5 hours until she noticed she was bleeding. I called to address this issue and was told they will do an investigation and call me back. I got no response as of yet. This is unacceptable!
- MMMarisol MadrigalAug 19, 20191.0very unprofessional. They don't show ANY care to the patients. They hurt my husband badly during treatment. Already filed a grievance and my husband is now going to go to the hospital for dialysis because they at least KNOW what they are doing, this center ain't worth it.
