The staff there treated me like their family member and took care of me with kindness, love and attention when I needed it. I would send shout to Erica the head nurse Miss Tracy she took care of me. Irene Christopher. Dino show me love when I was there didn’t have any problems. And I can’t forget about miss Ruth. Yeah, my nephrologist doctor came by three days a week and checked up on all her patients.
- LML MelAug 25, 20201.0The staff at this facility let my mother bleed out for 2.5 hours until she noticed she was bleeding. I called to address this issue and was told they will do an investigation and call me back. I got no response as of yet. This is unacceptable!

Already filed a grievance and my husband is now going to go to the hospital for dialysis because they at least KNOW what they are doing, this center ain't worth it.
