I took away 2 stars because the tech who completed my initial assessment was very dry and unapproachable. She rung up my glasses without asking me what options I wanted or fitting them. I had to ask what the charges were about instead of her explaining them to me. I have always had a great welcoming experience at this location in the past, yesterday not so much.
