Having tried other things, such as cross fit (and getting injured to the point of needing surgery and months of rehab) by trainers uneducated to do fitness instruction, all I can say is Club Pilates is EXCELLENT! Great staff, lovely facility in Mandarin, and above all: committed to your personal wellness goals with a superiorly trained staff. This is one of the best investments in your physical health you can make and filled with really wonderful instructors.
