  Everyone is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was new to the Jacksonville area and had some borderline emergency issues. Two failed implants as well as other teeth that were compromised. My teeth were restored in a reasonable amount of time at a very reasonable price. If you are new in town or are looking to change for the better, I strongly recommend Baymeadows Park Dental.

  I would rate this a zero if it let me, I made and appointment online Sunday for Tuesday for and “emergency procedure” I got the confirmation email after and a reminder Monday morning early that my appointment was confirm for Tuesday. I get a call around 10:30am that my appointment has either been given to anther person but for whatever reason my confirmed appointment on Tuesday was cancelled because they claim that when you book the appointment online that appointment is a “request” not and official confirmation, regardless of the two emails confirming the time. I am in pain and need emergency service waiting three days after I already had a confirm appointment does not feel my pain and situation feels personal or urgent to this clinic or there staff. I ended up going somewhere else as your business dropped the ball in scheduling and doesn’t take my pain for more urgent, then I most certainly don’t trust them to perform dental surgery or care to my mouth! So if you need urgent care call and schedule don’t use there online tool as there is no disclaimer posted stating that online “appointments” aren’t really appointments just a request….. ridiculous

  I went here due to some self-conscious issue I had where one tooth was darker than the other due to the real enamel on tooth compared to veneer and additionally when I smiled it looked as if it was a slanted smile and was told that could be fixed with crowns did the crowns which is another story wasn’t happy and was told nothing could be done and advised to whiten my teeth which was advised it may not help but try it but would not fix the smile I was going to do it but went to get a second opinion and was told not to do it due to it not being a guaranteed and ask especially if I am paying the dentist for the whitening process of course it is considered cosmetic the staff is nice well as the dentist himself I must say but to not try and rectify or a partial refund due to what was supposed to be done was not yes the crowns which was darker than the original of course it I knew not a perfect match what we picked put was assured it would be close but was not and he even agreed to that and he noticed and was aware makes me sad for slanted smile he said it would depend on how big I smile ☹ anyway needless to say I still have that low self-conscious when I smile and now talk as well. I feel when something is done incorrect you should take accountability and try and resolve it in some type of way not just try and get the patient to pay more money to fix something they had nothing to do with. Took awhile to write the review because I wanted to make sure after getting a second opinion and was told it could have been rectified in more ways than one. Maybe they will find in their heart to credit back some of the money. This is not be meant as a bad review more of a unsatisfied patient.
