  I was in the process of switching to a dentist closer to my area and came across Baymeadows Park Dental — and I’m so glad I did. I scheduled their New Patient Bundle, which includes an exam, full X-ray, and routine cleaning. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Frank Rios and his team were warm, professional, and attentive. Dr. Rios provided a thorough, thoughtful exam and explained a customized treatment plan tailored to my needs. His clear communication and genuine care immediately put me at ease. My cleaning was performed by Eva, who did a phenomenal job. She was gentle, precise, and made the entire experience extremely comfortable. I’m very pleased with the quality of care I received and am truly looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend Baymeadows Park Dental for anyone seeking exceptional dental care and an outstanding team of professionals.

  This is my first time visiting Dr. Rios. I can’t even start to express how professional his entire staff is from Emily, Priscilla, and Dr. Rios himself. I truly am terrified of seeing any dental professional from a traumatic childhood experience. But from the day I stopped in to make an appointment I was taken aback by how wonderful and professional this staff is. For the first time ever I felt comfortable in a dental office environment. On to the exam. Dr.Rios took an absorbent amount of time to answer my questions and to explain every minute detail of his plan for me. This is a rare occurrence in today’s medical field. Afterwords Emily and Priscilla were just as accommodating scheduling follow ups and answering any other questions I had. I can honestly say that the level of care and compassion this office gives to their patients is unparalleled. I wish I’d met this family years ago. I call them a family because that’s exactly how they treated each other. Not just colleagues but as if they were an intricate part of each others lives. If you need any type of dental work done in Jacksonville or from out of the area and you can travel here I would say please give this office the opportunity to help you. It’ll be the best medical decision you’ve ever made. To be clear I am not associated with this office other than being a patient. I have not been given any type of compensation or treatment for this review. I am just extremely satisfied with the level of care and compassion they have shown me. I will be adding my mother on as a patient in the near future if they take Medicare. Thank you again Emily, Priscilla, oh and I forgot Camilla the hygienist assistant, and of course Dr. Rios for the great care! Update!! I was seen today by the newest member of this team. To my surprise she was just as personable and comforting as the rest of this team! Dr. Rios has formed the most consummate team of professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Dr. Rios, Emily, Priscilla, Camilla, and Janella (sic) are a must see if you use dental services. At very regular intervals during the procedure the hygienist stopped to ensure my comfort and ask if there was anything bothering me. This entire office is entirely concerned about or safety, comfort, and happiness. Thank you all for everything you do!

  Great positive 1st visit. Wonderful staff friendly. Went for evaluation and replace crown. They received xrays from other dentist. I felt comfortable with/ technician and Dr. Rios. 🦷😊
